After agreeing on the purchase price I was then taken over to the financing Department. The first person I talk to with a technology specialist who wanted to pair my phone to my Bluetooth I told her it was very easy I can do it myself. Then she asked if I had any questions I said yes what is the Uconnect system in my Jeep Cherokee. She Shrugged her shoulders and said I'm not sure. She had her phone in her hand never offered to Google it or anything. Next I went to sign the paperwork after looking over the paperwork I noticed that the numbers were not correct. I pointed this out to the guy and he said that's what you agreed on I said no so the paperwork is over there in the folder that's what I agree. I could tell he was upset with me questioning him and sure enough I was right he then had to retype all my numbers. I was also not offered any extended warranty paint warranty or anything basically I was hurrying up to get out because I guess it was too late. After I got in my car I noticed the floor had not been cleaned with being a black jeep interior it showed and I was not offered to come back and have a detail or anything. A few days later I got a phone call saying that my license has expired I was not aware of this well they sold me a car with expired license and the financing came back on them. I was able to go the next day and get my license and email it. Here it is over a month after getting my used Jeep Cherokee still no tags I got a letter yesterday saying that my car was from out of state it needed to have an inspection. Right next to the holidays it's very hard to take off work to get this done I called and ask if they can get me a new temp tag they said we contacted you earlier I said no you didn't I received a letter yesterday he said there's nothing they can do. The customer service was terrible More

The worst car buying experience I have ever had. I knew what I wanted when I went in but the sales person told me they didn't have it in stock and steered me to one that was $10K more expensive. It had been on the website for a week and stayed there for a couple of weeks after. He was condescending and made me feel like I was wasting his time. When I complained later I was told, "Oh, that's just his way, he's just laid back." He needed extensive training in customer service. I admit I'm an easy mark for a good salesman, but Sam Swope has such a good reputation I thought I'd be treated right. I paid a total of $26K for a car I didn't intend to buy and do not like. I spent much more than I could afford and had budgeted for. Now after 8 weeks of waiting for the new tag to come, I call and find out I'm expected to come there and pick the tag up. Why should I have to drive 15 miles each way to pick it up when they got $26K from me? I have never had to go to the dealer to get the tag; other dealers automatically mail them. I will go back for the service that was included in the sale and for warranty protection but I will never go back there to buy a car, used or new. More

We had originally decided not to drive from Montgomery, AL, all the way up to Louisville just for a good deal on the vehicle we wanted until we found We had originally decided not to drive from Montgomery, AL, all the way up to Louisville just for a good deal on the vehicle we wanted until we found out it would save $5,000! My husband initially talked to Arthur Wilson, and he was super helpful & friendly. He kept tabs on us the week before we could drive up there & also checked in with us several times on the Saturday we traveled up there. We felt like we had royalty treatment from the beginning. Arthur arranged to make sure the vehicle was there for us to look at & was waiting for us when we arrived. He and Larry Milburn worked hard to make this as quick & easy on us as possible. He was just fine with us going over everything with a fine tooth comb & taking it out for a spin. It looked and drove beautifully and was exactly what we were looking for. We felt like we had a new friend when it was time to go. Everything was very professional and problem-free. It's been about a month now & we are still as happy as Day 1. More
