Quick, excellent easy experience I was looking for a used Ford Taurus at a reasonable price so I contacted Chris. Great Experience!! I recently traded in my old car bought from Sam Swope for my new vehicle which I absolutely love! I am faced with a very difficult situation that I had no control over and he was very professional, honest and helpful. I had been to dealers before I came to Honda and they treated me like I was just a number or money that they weren’t getting or losing. I didn’t feel like a customer or treated with courtesy or respect. Ryan was very patient and understanding. This really helped because I have been very discouraged during this time. To meet people in an industry that has a reputation for looking at women differently, who go above and beyond to help you is a great reassurance. I would like to thank Honda World for having employee’s that actually care about their customers and treat them and their situations like they are human. We all face trials and tribulations, but when you have people who make you feel like you can rise above anything, that is a breath of fresh air. I know this may not mean much to you because it’s all about business, but to live in a world where people only care about themselves and to experience the opposite when I step into a business is amazing.
