Best Experience Hands Down I went in with my mom looking for a car for both of us. Neither of us had great credit and figured together we could make it happen. We had seen a few vehicles that we liked and decided to check out the lot on Black Friday. Chris Stromberg welcomed us with open arms and a giant smile. He listened to what we were in the market for and helped us narrow our search. He didn't have anything to show us that day but said that he would keep an eye out and call us when he found something. I honestly didn't think I would hear from him due to not so great experiences in the past and not having great credit for a bigger dealership. Well needless to say I was very wrong. Chris kept his promise and called me just a few days later. I came in later that day and checked out the car he called me about. After the test drive I wasn't super excited. It just wasn't what I was looking for but didn't know if I could get what I really wanted for our budget. I was wrong again. Chris went to his boss and they had another vehicle for us to look at. When I saw it I was in total disbelief that we could get such a nice vehicle for the budget we had. It was an amazing test drive and in such great shape. I loved it! It was just about closing time and Chris and his boss told us that they would get in touch with us when they were able to get us a loan. I still don't know how they did it but they found a loan for just ME! Great rate and amazing price! I now own a 2007 Saturn Vue and I couldn't be happier. Chris even went above and beyond in little details such as getting new keys made because he noticed how the originals weren't really smooth starting the car. Got a last minute stain out and kept in touch with me after the purchase. What an amazing experience!
