I had a great purchase experience at Honda World. I bought a 2022 Honda Accord from Andre who was great from start to finish. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. It was like dealiing with friends. Very low pressure environment and everyone from Miguel, to Christian, to Anthony went out of their way to help u It was like dealiing with friends. Our only complaint was that you need to get Miguel a window shade for his office so he doesn't burn up in the summer. More

I have found nothing but professionalism in dealing with this dealership: 1) friendliness, competence and patience with all my questions and concerns by sales agent Lollie Reiss, 2) Kirk in service who this dealership: 1) friendliness, competence and patience with all my questions and concerns by sales agent Lollie Reiss, 2) Kirk in service who takes the time to educate about maintenance and service of the product, 3. Christian Parrilla, in Finance, took the time to explain all the options and to make this work for me. 4. Anthony Giangarra -was very thorough in his explanation and demonstration of the car's operation. You can tell he cares about making the customer comfortable to be able to drive out of the lot. All of these individuals had an amazing attitude towards excellence representing the dealership and caring about the individual buyer. Furthermore, I need to add the dealership, service areas and waiting areas are immaculate and customer friendly. They are truly one of a kind in that they offer training classes on the use of your vehicle. They are far and above other dealerships in the area for customer service. I would gladly refer anyone who is looking for a car to Honda World and their service department for future maintenance. Great job Honda World, Louisville!! More
