The employees are personable and knowledgeable making it easy to discuss options find what you need. Each time we have purchased a vehicle I have researched prices on the car we are buying and on our trade in and they are always average or better in the market. We always use Brian Fox as our sales rep because he is very responsive, works hard to find us what we need, and doesn't pressure us into anything. In fact he's cautioned us against certain things that would be more expensive but unnecessary in our situation. The business managers have all been very well organized and make the car buying experience enjoyable. We will continue to buy our cars at this dealership and haven't seen a need to look elsewhere. More

I come back because I trust the service department I've been to dealerships that want you to come back at ridiculous short service intervals. I got advice from this dealership to "trust the car." I come in for service when it shows on the odometer. I have Honda of Ames do all the recommended service, and the last 3 Hondas I've owned have made 186,000 (people were bidding for the car because they knew it was well maintained), 236,000 (sold for $3,500), and my current Honda 218,000. I think Honda builds great cars, and doing all the recommended maintenance at a dealership I trust keeps them running as good as new. More

Huge help in an emergency! We were traveling from Oklahoma to Minnesota when our car began having difficulties.
