Wow !!Just Wow After a bad experience at Toyota of Des Moines (asked for $200 down payment before they could run my credit app) I was discouraged and gave up on gett After a bad experience at Toyota of Des Moines (asked for $200 down payment before they could run my credit app) I was discouraged and gave up on getting a new vehicle. I currently have less than perfect credit and expected a rate of 9.9% on a used car like I am receiving now. Working with Doug was a pleasure. He turned my car buying experience around. Made it a pleasure and did all the leg work. He got me into a BRAND New 2014 Nissan Sentra with a 0.9% rate. I could not believe it! I got $1,500 dollars more for my trade than the other dealership offered me. I am so pleased with my new car the the way I was treated by Doug. Let's not forget JT from the wonderful finance dept who worked so hard for me. I will be back for maintenance and oil changes and refer everyone I know to Honda and Nissan of Ames ! More
