This is regarding their service department. There is a guy Sergio who works there and its really uncomfortable as a female to deal with him. He’s aggressive, disrespectful, and bullying. I had a bad experience with him 2 years ago and I would drive 20miles to a different Honda to get my car serviced just to avoid him. Today I needed an oil changed and I was too tired to drive after work. I called to make an appointment so I dont get Sergio, they made me an appointment with Javier. I arrived and Sergio approached my car, I said I was waiting for Javier. I dont believe he recognized me from 2 years before. I Waited 15 min and Javier appeared and said he was off the clock he would give me another service representative, I said who? He said Dani or Sergio. I said Dani please. 10 min later Sergio approached my car and I said, I’m waiting for Dani. Javier then said Dani is out to lunch so there was nobody else to help me but Sergio. I was immediately uncomfortable and then asked him about a coupon I had, he caught an attitude and then I asked to speak with the manager. 10minutes later I was called to the managers office with Sergio standing there, the manager confirmed was Sergio said. We walked out of the managers office and Sergio stares me in the eyes for longer than normal in an intimidating way with a eye look like “are you kidding, whats wrong with you.” Once again, just an uncomfortable experience here. I would not suggest an females getting there car serviced here incase they have to deal with Sergio. All other service agents here have been good to deal with so I gave it 2 stars. More

Walked in there and it took 5 min to find an English speaking salesperson. Ok fine… it is Miami 🤷‍♀️. Then I looked at a preowned I had seen they had in stock online which was the purpose of going ou speaking salesperson. Ok fine… it is Miami 🤷‍♀️. Then I looked at a preowned I had seen they had in stock online which was the purpose of going out there… After all the fees they tacked on, it was the same price as a new 2024. About $7,000 above what was advertised. The salesperson absolutely couldn’t answer questions without running to the manager every 2 seconds. The atomization table they gave me with the % they quoted was completely inaccurate. Then they told me that Honda finance(who I’ve financed through since 2019 and have never missed a payment with) could only do 13% and again, the payments on the table they provided for that were not accurate. Math is not subjective. The answer is the answer regardless of who is interpreting it. I was asked if I wanted it run through a different bank. Absolutely not! I told them no and walked out. 2 days later I receive a letter from MY bank about a loan being run with them. I never consented to that! They should not be running my info still!! As a long standing Honda customer, I was absolutely appalled by this dealership! Even more appalled by the fact that Coral Springs Honda pulled the exact same vehicle for me, the price was what I’d expect, AND 4% apr through Honda Financial with an accurate table and the exact payments I was asking for. SIGN AND DRIVE! I recommend them 1000 times over this disaster of a place!! Be very careful and ALWAYS double check every little thing this dealership says. Don’t trust anything that comes out their mouths. I certainly won’t be back. More
