The port guys were great and professional. However, that's all Honda Aventura had going for them. When I was there I and 5 other cars had to wait a long time. As only one advisor was working. However, that's all Honda Aventura had going for them. When I was there I and 5 other cars had to wait a long time. As only one advisor was working. I then over heard the manager asking other employees where a missing service advisor was. After awhile, they found him and unfortunately I was his next customer. He started out with a huge attitude, almost like he did not want to work. After all said and done I had about $2000 worth of service done to my car. All for nothing because the car was worse off then when I brought it in. I eventually took it to Largo Honda since I DID NOT TRUST Aventura and I did not want to have another miserable experience at Aventura Honda. I paid extra money on top for Largo Honda to fix the wrong doings of Aventura. Thanks for the waste of money and time. You should do better. More
