His very friendly and non-pushy demeanor caused me to return to him as I got serious about a purchase. Raj was helpful, nice, and listened well when I explained my needs. I was especially pleased that Honda of Burlington participates in the Costco program. He went over and above by personally driving to obtain the specific Honda Pilot I wanted from Lynnwood. The whole process was smooth and pleasant, and I was very happy with the deal I obtained. Raj provided excellent customer service from the beginning, and each person we met with (Raj, business manager Amber Peterson, and Devin Cherberg - who helped explain the technology and helped us with the settings of the Pilot) on the day of purchase was positive and pleasant. I am absolutely loving my Pilot and will definitely be recommending Raj and Honda of Burlington. More

I absolutely despise pushy car salesmen, so car shopping can get very annoying for me. My husband, children & I were car shopping for a family vehicle at Sims Honda and Raj Khanna was there to help. From the very beginning, he was completely helpful, nice, understanding of our wants and needs, and his customer service was out of this world. I have never had such an easy and issue free car buying experience. He was there to do everything he could to get us in a car we LOVE. And that he did! While I test drove the vehicle, he kept my family entertained, and got them some hot chocolate. He went above and beyond and even put us in a loaner while we waited for my new vehicle to be serviced. I have not even picked up my new car yet, and I am just THRILLED with everything so far. Very opposite from my experience at Honda in Bellingham, to which I will not be returning. I have already shared Raj Khanna's name with everyone and will continue to do so. He deserves a recognition for sure. Thanks again Sims Honda! I am so excited for my Honda Pilot! More
