Poor Management!!!! We bought a used Chevy Traverse from this dealership. Didn't have it a full month and started having problems. Found out it had NO transmission fluid We bought a used Chevy Traverse from this dealership. Didn't have it a full month and started having problems. Found out it had NO transmission fluid or oil!!!! The shop that we trust that looked at it and corrected the problem said there are NO LEAKS! This came as a shock since the dealership guarantees a full 100 something point inspection. Tried to speak to one of the managers Heath who informed us that he didn't care what we said because he knew it wasn't left that way. Even after we told him we could have the mechanic prove it. Poor Management with poor customer service. We trusted that at least the basic fluids would have been full when buying a vehicle. The management at this dealership apparently only care about getting money out of you, not what they sell you. They sure are not willing to fix a mistake. I will say that our salesman James was great! He deserves to be at a better dealership. He should be in management not the arrogant jerk that we had to deal with. He was willing to correct the issue out of his own pocket just to insure we were happy. It's not his fault so we couldn't let him do that. It's the service departments fault and the managers fault. The audacity of the manager to say we should have drove it to them so they could see it for themselves. Who willingly drives a car without transmission fluid or oil?!!! Serious damage could have been done to our vehicle so we corrected the problem as soon as possible and let them know about it. Don't waist your time with this place. More
