We were searching for a newer model RAM 1500 pick up. One showed up on CarGurus at this location. Upon my first contact with the dealer, we had a couple of different people reach out. She was very responsive, worked hard to get the information that I had requested, and got back to me very quickly. While I was looking at other vehicles at other dealers, she stayed in touch and followed up numerous times to ensure I had no other questions, but was not bothersome or pushy. We live in Atlanta and it was quite a drive to get their location. We ended up purchasing from a dealer closer to home.
