Lamarr made sure we found what we needed and were comfortable with our new purchase along the way. It was a busy day at the dealership but he got us taken care of quickly. comfortable with our new purchase along the way. It was a busy day at the dealership but he got us taken care of quickly. More

Love my car so much not only did they go the extra mile to get me into what I wanted, but they were patient with me every step of the way to get me into what I wanted, but they were patient with me every step of the way More
Found a car that I was interested in, contacted the dealership and kept getting silly AI emails. Wasted six hours and couldn't get anywhere. Very disappointing interaction. I wonder why dealerships can't respond with a real human. I didn't buy a car and based solely on the interaction, I'd steer clear of them. More
We worked with Caleb and Rodney at Honda of Cleveland while trying to structure a fairly complex deal involving two trades and tight financing constraints. He was patient, knowledgeable, and did a great job walking us through multiple vehicle options without pressure. He listened to what we were trying to accomplish and was genuinely helpful in exploring different paths. Our experience with Rodney, unfortunately, was more mixed. While he was willing to run numbers, his initial approach felt dismissive and, at times, slightly disrespectful. The negotiation felt rigid early on, and we didn’t feel that much effort was made to creatively structure a deal that could realistically work within our constraints. Although ownership involvement from Brad Cobb was appreciated and showed a willingness to engage, the overall desk experience ultimately fell short for us. We recognize that dealerships have limitations and that not every deal can be made, but tone, transparency, and effort matter—especially in more complicated situations. We ended up purchasing elsewhere, largely due to the way the process unfolded at the desk level. Overall, strong sales support from Caleb, but the management experience prevented this from coming together for us. More
