Saturday walk in for service I walked in one Saturday to get an oil change and check on a recall notice I received. The other dealerships I have dealt with don't take appts on Sa I walked in one Saturday to get an oil change and check on a recall notice I received. The other dealerships I have dealt with don't take appts on Saturday. When I walked, in Mark asked for my name to check my appt. I told him that I didn't have an appt and that this was my first visit to the dealership. He was upfront and told me that he had appts scheduled and that they were priority but he would work me in and get me out of there as fast as possible. He explained the services that would be performed and told me that the recall was a software update and could take up to 2 hours to complete. I was impressed with the entire process and location. The dealership is over 30 minutes away and I pass another dealership to get there but still worth the drive. More

Since around 9/2016 when I purchased my My service experience at Honda Of Cleveland with service reps Mark Duncan and Will Oltz is always exceptional. Since around 9/2016 when I purchased my Honda Pilot, and service was needed/required, I have been provided the utmost service and customer care I could ask for from these two men. They are always cheerful, friendly, ready to serve me when I arrive, and willing to do whatever they can to make my experience worth the drive. My wait time is very minimal. But when it appears it may take longer than expected, I have always been informed of any delays, updated as to the status of my vehicle, which I have yet to encounter. In the end, they go over any and all service records with me, ready to answer any questions I may have regarding the charges. I am very grateful Honda Of Cleveland has these type of service reps to greet me when I call or arrive. As we all know, having service on a vehicle is not one you like to encounter. However, these guys definitely make it a much more pleasant experience. Thank you Mark Duncan & Will Oltz for all you do in making my experience in purchasing my 2016 Honda Pilot one of the best. More
