I got the car I wanted for the price I wanted with a great interest rate, much better than my credit union was offering. The business manager, Al Tejada, was also pleasant and professional. From start to finish, it was a painless experience and I drove home that afternoon with a beautiful new car. I would happily recommend Honda of Columbia to my family and friends. More

I was actually looking at the CR-V until Adam showed me the benefits and cost savings of a HR-V. The process was easy, Adam was amazing, intelligent in what he was saying and didn't push anything on me! This is my second purchase from Honda of Columbia and it won't be my last! Purchase a certified Honda CR-V We found a used 2015 CR-V online through a web search and called this dealership to ask if they still had the vehicle. Robert Burgess responded quick We found a used 2015 CR-V online through a web search and called this dealership to ask if they still had the vehicle. Robert Burgess responded quickly and called me back within 5 minutes stating the CR-V was still there. We drove 75 minutes hoping the vehicle would be as described online. Robert took his time with us and made sure all of our questions where answered. We purchased the CR-V and drove it home. This dealership seemed easy to deal with during negotiations and didn't use any pressure tactics. The paperwork did take longer than anticipated but it was a Saturday and they where busy. I can't speak for any service department issues with this dealership since we have not used that part of the dealership. More

There was not much haggling and pressure to buy extras, which I really enjoyed. I will do business again with them. More
