This is the 12th car we have purchased from a dealership and it was the smoothest and most professional deal of them all. There were no games, no back and forth, no bait a switch, and none of that other stuff that had caused us to walk out on Ford, Chevy, Dodge, and a few other dealers over the years. I had done my research and knew what a fair price would be. Seth gave us a great price on the exact vehicle we wanted, loaded with all the options we wanted. Seth gave us an "Out of the Door Price" that included everything and it did not go up one cent. He then made arrangements for us the get the color we wanted in two days. Seth is a true professional and I welcome the opportunity to work with him again! More

He walked me through the entire vehicle and test drove it. And Now i'm the new owner of an HR-V. which i love by the way. The vehicle handles very well even on wet roads. GREAT gas mileage. What made our final decision was Adam Bliss and the fact that he knew details of the capabilities of the vehicle where the other sales person did not. Even when asked directly his information was incorrect. For us, most sales persons focus more on the sale rather than the product. When its a good product and you can educate your customers in its abilities and it will sale itself. More
