Will never purchase from Honda of Concord again. Overpriced additional add-ons (they say can't be removed) puts extra $$ in their pocket. Under FTC guidelines, add-ons are not supposed to be a stipulation of sale. Wish I had known more about this ahead of time, but I'm glad I know now. They also would not negotiate on price of car. I definitely should have just walked away, but felt pressure to buy then. Later on, I had a very bad experience with Manager Brian McDaniel. He was belittling and condescending towards me in our individual conversation, but showed a different attitude in front of his employees. I had been through two recent traumatic events for which he had no empathy whatsoever.. I regret ever walking into Honda of Concord and won't go back. More
