I went shopping with my daughter for a Honda Fit this week, and our experience at Honda of Concord was nothing short of the best car buying experience I have ever had. The salesman, Luke Somers, sent me a video of the car that had just come on the lot. We were 45 minutes away and that really helped. When we got there, the car was already pulled up and he greeted us at the door. The test drive and all information shared was professional and exactly what we needed to feel good about the sale. We loved working with Luke. We finished the sale with Joy Spencer, and she quickly moved us through the paperwork and helped us understand everything. The computerized signatures made everything easier. Joy was also a delight to work with. Both Luke and Joy stayed past closing time to help us find the best car for my daughter.
