Love working with Robin Owens on the sales staff. When I totaled my 2020 Accord, Robin was the first person I called.. Coleman Blankenship ship was wonderful to work with on the financing. I had just purchased a prepaid service agreement with my previous car and they gave me that credit back on the new car. When I came in to pick my car up. He checked my totaled vehicle insurance statement and found that the mileage on the old car was than we had originally guessed. He redid the paperwork and that added a little more credit for my new car. I love working with Robin and Coleman. I always trust that they have my back and love the service department. They have been serving my vehicles for over 20 years. More

However, the self-car wash could use improvement; it lacked clear directions for stopping the vehicle and didn’t wash it thoroughly. Overall, a solid experience with minor areas for enhancement.
