There was a warranty discrepancy but the manger Bobby Gallwey took care of it without question. The service rep, was very helpful and had the part changed immediately. The technician that changed the part noticed that I had a scratch in the paint , which I drove in with and did his best to to polish it out. He did not have to do that. I will continue to be a customer of Honda of Covington. More
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Honda of Covington is the place you don't want to go, I just got a used Honda Accord EX-L 2014 with only 14,000 miles, they promised me that they was Honda of Covington is the place you don't want to go, I just got a used Honda Accord EX-L 2014 with only 14,000 miles, they promised me that they was going to fix a few minor things that are wrong with it, including touching up the bumper paint and reconnecting the back fin. It took two weeks to get it "fixed" but when I did get it back, they painted my front bumper a different color than the rest of my car, also never even touched the back spoiler to try to fix it, the only thing that is holding it on is sticky tack. That isn't even the beginning, then I found that while repainting my car, they somehow put a hole in my back bumper where a huge chunk of paint was missing. I thought Honda was professional until my experience, I don't want anybody else to have the same experience like what I'm going through! I have had the car for three weeks now and all Honda has done is ruined the car even more. I will NEVER buy a car from Honda of Covington again, and I suggest everyone else do the same! More

Service said brakes 5mm, no alignment issues, wear and tear maintenance Week ltr lost control car. Found out brakes 2mm, Rear toe/camber out can't be repaired, extensive frame damage. I paid $130 and they didn't even look at my vehicle. Made up fake specs and unnecessary wear & tear repairs. Called to inquire and the same advisor claimed he lost my repose ticket and hung up on me. If you value you and your families life, stay far away. More

Ripoff with extended warranty and autobutler I bought a new CRV in February of 2015. Got an OK price on the car, nothing special at all and went through the usual pushy car salesman quicktalk to I bought a new CRV in February of 2015. Got an OK price on the car, nothing special at all and went through the usual pushy car salesman quicktalk to get it done. Then at the closing the finance manager pushed the extended warranty on AutoButler package on us. My fault for getting it I should have known better. But 6 months later my wife totals the car, fortunately she wasn't hurt. Call up Honda of Covington, yes they will refund the extended warranty less $250 bucks. Wait a minute - the car only had 9000 miles and was still on primary warranty right? Oh but that's the process charge and usage charge. Then we move on the Autobutler - Oh but you bought the Pro Pack which includes the rear mat (that the salesman told us he would include for free) and the "Premium" front and rear mats that were so cheap we immediately bought some aftermarket upgrades. Hold up, the Autobutler is a service that is supposed to be applied every 6 months for 5 years - I won't be getting any of that right? So give me a refund on that? So the Honda rep says "Gee I'm sorry, we can't do that. But come by another car from me and I'll make sure you get it for free." What is he smoking? More

Both times I have done business with Paul Montoya, who has gone above and beyond as he always does for me. Were it not for Paul, I probably wouldn't even have bought a Honda the first time - he has and continues to give excellent service. 5 stars to him for being such a warm and friendly caring car salesman. I have dealt with dealerships for over 9 vehicle purchases so far in my This dealership needs to send EVERY ONE of their employees back to training. I have dealt with dealerships for over 9 vehicle purchases so far in my life and this is the absolute worst customer experience I have ever had! The sales team symbolizes "car salesman" to a "T". I felt bullied and rushed and felt forced to purchase the vehicle that THEY picked for me! They were not professional at all, they took me by surprise when they seemed to use this "Bully attack" and try to just take over and make decisions for me it seemed. I would recommend that ANYONE that goes to this dealership to turn your cell phone on record and video/audio your experience. Because what is said from one day to another is different and then they "team up" together against what you "think happened or heard". Never in my years have I had a dealership behave this way. I would hope that either HONDA Corp or the Owner of this location reads this and takes action to correct this immediately. When I spoke to "TONY-GM" to discuss my experience and concern, he just hung up on me after telling me that I was the liar. Again, I have NEVER had a dealership behave so unprofessional. My only words to describe this dealership is they are "Bullies" in the truest sense. More
