I had my 2013 Honda Pilot serviced and Josh was awesome. He kept me informed of the status of my repairs and even used a coupon to help with the cost. Gave Honda CR-V for oil change on a good day and the gave the vehicle damaged with dent and made my whole week bad. Show the issue to service manager, he immediately accepted fault, saying it happened by ser the vehicle damaged with dent and made my whole week bad. So they asked me to leave the vehicle at dealership for 2 days and the service manager said they would fix the damage and repaint the door and gave me a loaner. When I came back after 2 days to pick up my car, they made a mess of my car. There was primer white marks all over the door and inside my car was full of paint dust. The paint job done was of extremely poor quality and finish and they had made it horrible. My first mistake to go to "Honda of Denton" for service and second biggest mistake was to make then fix the dent which they did at shop. More
I own a 2005 Honda Accord. The problem I had with it was that it would not start but the engine would turn over. I took it to an auto repair shop to have it fixed. After two days I was told that I needed that it would not start but the engine would turn over. I took it to an auto repair shop to have it fixed. After two days I was told that I needed a new controller board to fix the problem and that it would 3 to 4 weeks to get it. I called Honda of Denton and explained the problem to them and they said that they didn't think it was the controller card but would need to run diagnostics on it to be sure. I got the car to them around 4 PM Friday and explained the problem to Josh W., (Service Rep). By 6 PM that same day he called me up and told me the all I needed was a fuse. My car was ready by 2 PM the next day. Thank you Josh and Honda of Denton for the quick turn around, you all did a great job!!!!!!!!!! More

I drive well out of my way to service my vehicle in Denton because the customer service provided by Honda of Denton far surpasses that of the Honda dealer just down the road from me. I stopped in one morning because my starter was going out. I was also due for my 100K mile service which I had scheduled for the following week. Brett and his team took care of everything in one visit saving me from making another trip. He kept me informed while my care was in their care and set me up with a loaner so my week wouldn’t be disrupted. From the moment I dropped it off to when I picked it up, service was efficient, polite and professional. I still highly recommend Honda of Denton! More
