I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and routine check up, arrived 15 minutes early and was promptly assisted. My attendant was friendly and helpful. However, I checked in on the progress of the oil change 4 hours later to be told they were pacing at about 3-4 hours. I waited another 2 hours, reached out again to be told it would be an additional two hours. I had no choice but to promptly come back to pick up my car without it ever even being serviced. To say this experience was completely unacceptable would be an understatement. This is at least the third time I’ve come to have my Honda serviced here, but I will never bring it here again. More

Dealer was supposed to call me to confirm they had the parts for a rear bumper recall to a Honda and they didn’t I took the car in to ensure my safety before driving to Michigan. I dropped the car for 3 hours when they called to tell me the car was ready. Then they didn’t return my call for an hour to send me a complimentary ride link. When I got there they said the car would be down soon and that they had only taken pictures to send to Honda to be evaluated. I could have used the day otherwise for my trip to Michigan. I waited for the car for 20 minutes and asked what was going on They said the battery was dead. There wasn’t a batter problem before I went in. Finally after another 20-25 minutes they brought the car down and ensured me it was fine for my trip. I did feel very uncomfortable starting out knowing I could have battery problems. It was all handled very poorly More
It was very hard to communicate with Darrius, I left a few voice mail regarding concerns about fluid level. He never calls back. I have to call many times in order to talk to him. I asked him: "Did you actually check it or were you just assuming because of my miles?" 1st he said he check. Then I call Dealer North City Honda and found out I did brake fluid on Aug 2, 2022, at about 83000 miles. Now my car has about 88000 miles. Then I call him and left him a message, but he never call me back. When I came to pick up my car then he said ": I take your words that you did brake fluid". Then he said: "Because not show on record that you did break fluid, so I assume." He should make sure the technician actually check my brake fluid and not assumed. It is bad service advice to customers. More
