Made an appointment online to respond to and schedule a recall safety repair. Dealer was not ready to make repairs currently. Need better review of appointments though to ensure this doesn’t happen again - I was clear about the recall repair in the appointment request - recall is widely communicated in mainstream media and confirmed by the manufacturer upon checking VIN. Darrius was amazing. VIP service all the way. I called at 1:15 on a busy Saturday and he still managed to get me in by 2:00. Paid lift to and from my home. He even person VIP service all the way. I called at 1:15 on a busy Saturday and he still managed to get me in by 2:00. Paid lift to and from my home. He even personally drove the car down for me at pickup. Great personality.
