Took my car in for a recall. The sales person was very helpful and transparent. Michael did help me in my car purchase and with a car I wanted. The finance manager was not very helpful and also slipped some dealer ad ons in the c Michael did help me in my car purchase and with a car I wanted. The finance manager was not very helpful and also slipped some dealer ad ons in the contract but wasn’t told that it would cost me extra for it in which later I mentioned and wasn’t willing to be helpful. I later got a refund for some items in the contract such as extended warranty and such but wasn’t easy since he was hesitant to help me even though I wasn’t aware of that warranty was optional. More
