unfortunately, I went in for a second detailing after the first detailing was unsatisfactory. Upon inspection of my car chips and scratches on the outside but a tear on the carpet under where the backseat is first detailing was unsatisfactory. Upon inspection of my car chips and scratches on the outside but a tear on the carpet under where the backseat is lifted all found on the car after the second detailing. Having been told it would personally be inspected prior to the release i come to find out it was not inspected. Having lost all confidence in the dealership. I am ask to accept two services as compensation but tied to this dealership which seems to an offer that ignores my feeling with this dealership not only have I been disappointed on multiple occasion but the car has not been properly cared for More

They only offer me to do a complete transmission swap on my 1.5 accord. Said my warranty was voided and that the transmission had any big hit on it. They didn't even try to a different route, upfront 7700 d my 1.5 accord. Said my warranty was voided and that the transmission had any big hit on it. They didn't even try to a different route, upfront 7700 dollars. A month later I went to a different mecanic said my transmission is in excellent working order there was a tiny scratch on the cartridge, oilpan. What a rip off of Honda DTLA. I'll never go back anything related to motor or transmission repairs. My warranty is almost running out, I was hoping to see if I could get something out of it. I was also hoping I could of got the same answer of what this mechanic have said no. Just want to rip people off in doing such things as this. More
