Finance dept. Added 14k on the price of the vehicle my mother, who is almost 80 was buying. She didn't know what she was signing for. Meeting with the finance dept tmrw to straighten this out! I bought 3 cars at this dealership in the past 8 years and when purchasing a new Civic Sport last week the salesman and his boss were helpful and honest, but after 5 hours, 3 test drives and past closing and when purchasing a new Civic Sport last week the salesman and his boss were helpful and honest, but after 5 hours, 3 test drives and past closing time, the finance salesman completely destroyed their good deal. He said the gap insurance and extended warranty were the best in the market and could be cancelled if I found better the next day. This raised my monthly loan repayments from $330 to $363 a month. I found much better gap coverage with my own car insurance company and much better extended warrenties that were cheaper and lasted longer, but when I went in to cancel them the next day the finance salesman said he would cancel them, but give it to the bank keeping my repayment at the higher level until I completed paid off the loan - which I never do because I trade them in for new cars. Buyer beware this Honda finance departnent does not fully disclose the parameters of cancelling their expensive add-ons. I noticed they do not list their finance sales people for review here. More

My experience this time was very disappointing. After returning to the dealership after4 days to finalize my deal, I was told 1/2 way through paperwork that the price went up $2,000. Sales guy Berlin was great, he was same guy who sold me my civic 8 years ago. My problem was with your finance guy Paris. He was condescending and played numbers game with me.
