First time I delt with Honda. The first impression was positive. Then you get the hard core reality Honda is not in service to make customers happy. No deals All we wanted was $1000 off. I was told there's no haggling and I was told it clearly stats that Kes could not show and he read the whole web page. No communication on how you want to finance with a bank or how many months or with what banks.. No explanation why he is checking my excellent credit score 4 times which I got and alert on. I even got a warning through Credit Karma.They move the numbers and add services you never asked for. The price is higher that what was promised. You actually feel like you have been ripped off when you leave the office. They refuse to give you a second car key or give us a new battery. The car had a 2018 battery. We were told it's as is(Kes), you take what you get. What a difference from Estero Honda ? They offer the Bestbuy discount on new and used cars and the people are much easier to approach and are friendly. I came to this Honda because i found this vehicle I really liked. Except the cigarette smell. We were even told by Dan oh the banks are not accepting you because they don't want to take a risk on a buyer buying a used car. I call the bank and found out I was denied because of the length of time of the loan for a used vehicle. Dan, is the one that wanted a 72 months loan. Not us !! I even told him that, he ignored it. Now my credit is dinged more that it needed to be. We also did not appreciate the crude comments. We let him know up front we did not have a down payment. He asked " If the bank doesn't accept your loan will you come up with one then ? Truth is no. I would just leave and find another car. Is this why he put such a long term loan for it to be denied? We can buy a car anywhere and get treated with respect and appreciation. It really sucks to be a female and have to be treated like this. The only good thing is we have a car for mom. More

Fees are too high above price of car listed but I really liked working with Rafael as my sales person. He is patient and helps with anything needed. There is not always follow through with the small detail liked working with Rafael as my sales person. He is patient and helps with anything needed. There is not always follow through with the small details from other staff when I haves requested something minor after the sale goes through which is a little disappointing. The facility is beautiful and the car we got is so clean and good price (until fees) no hassle buying with cash which was nice. Overall a great experience More
