Wouldn't let me leave. Lied about several things. Finance guy was a liar and shady. I wasn't ready to buy and now I can't even look at my new car without feeling anxiety. Lied about several things. The only person who was kind and helped the next day was Juan, the sales manager, although he did put heavy pressure on me when I wanted to leave. I told them I would be back, that I had plans and wasn't ready but they could not have cared less. They don't see us customers as human beings. I would never go back here and will go to a different dealership for service. Finance guy actually tried to convince me that my car picky had a 12/12 warranty on electronics and that my rate was going to be 8.99% unless I bought a warranty, which they then overpriced by about $3,000 more according to others who bought the same warranty. Shame on them. More

Saw a vehicle on this dealers website for $40,453. Recieved a cal from Kaitlyn who advised me the vehicle was available and that they were offering $5000 over book value for trade ins that could be us Recieved a cal from Kaitlyn who advised me the vehicle was available and that they were offering $5000 over book value for trade ins that could be used as down payment. In theory that should make t6he vehicle $35,453 using american math. However after driving to the dealership and after a test drive, the salesman showed the price of the car as $58,000!! Due to dealer services and non-otional service plan. Not to mention the insulting offer on my trade which was supposed to be $5000 over book value. KBB lists my Jeep at $28,447 - $30,204 and with the $5000 Kaitlyn advised me of should have put it in the $34,000 range which would have paid off the financing. This dealer is dishonest, do NOT trust the pricing listed., As a side note, i heard the customer in the cubicle beside me arguing with her salesman over the exact same issue. This dealer is a fraud.
