The people were nice and personable but the process stinks. Why would you schedule an appointment with a specific person only to get a completely different person. And then 3 people show up to greet me stinks. Why would you schedule an appointment with a specific person only to get a completely different person. And then 3 people show up to greet me. Who does that? And even after I bought a car I'm still getting emails asking to buy my car. Do you want the one I just bought. I think not. And even after I told them what were my expectations about monthly payment they just ignored that because your records showed what was my original payment not the present one is/was. I spent 4 hours there which is absolutely ridiculous to get an a Appraisal which they had done 3 weeks prior and trying to find the car I wanted to see. You should know where those cars are located somehow. That will be the last car I buy from you. Also I didn't get a full tank of gas nor half of the 7 plan advantage More
