Don't be fooled by that part. They surprised me when I saw the difference because for a car worth $15,423 with their adds they were charging me $21,890. unclear of why I met 8 people to purchase a car. The best person was Maria outstanding and Chris.The rest was terrible service and not being clear on explaining the cost and services. Not my price, but your price of purchasing is ridiculous with all your fees and fake costs to the consumer. I would never buy there again.A 34,000 car and you people wanted 43,000. Thats thievery, outrages. The inside of the showroom is like a picnic ground with tables and chairs everywhere and no privacy. I have never experienced anything like this in my 70 cars purchased. Its like a carnival inside. No class. Hey they sell alot of cars ,spend some money on the front of building other than big rocks blackened and copper pipes exposed and no flowers or bushes looks terrible. In and outside appearance is not good at all. Remember first impression tells alot about the place.Sales people walking around outside eating food and drinking water or tonic and some with terribly dressed. Not a good picture. Place needs to up there standards and appearance but I guess they dont have to and dont care they sell lots of cars even at those inflated prices. What a wonderful experience. We came in wanting to look at a family car we've had our eye on at other dealers. SEEING the car in person was our only goal. However with nothing to put down, and the thought that it wouldn't be budget friendly, we were ready to leave. This is when Brandon Regaldo came in, and convinced us that this store would and could do everything to try to make it happen for us. SO, we let them run the numbers. Almost two hours were then spent by Rafael Calleja and his phenomenal manager, Alejandro Mora, doing everything they could to make the numbers make sense for us. These two truly spent so much of their time for OUR benefit. In the end, we were able to leave with a new car for our growing family. WHAT?? Go here. Send your family here. Send your friends here.
