"Ordered" a car online and the quoted price was $34,531 all in. Then the dealer called and sent me the real price of $39,317. One package on the car went from $799 to $1499. I WILL DO AS LITTLE BUSINESS AS POSSIBLE WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. AFTER MOVING TO FORT WORTH TWO YEARS AGO WITH A HONDA LEASED CIVIC, THE PLASTIC BIT ON MY KEY BROKE. I WAS TOLD BY THE FORT WORTH DEALE DEALERSHIP. AFTER MOVING TO FORT WORTH TWO YEARS AGO WITH A HONDA LEASED CIVIC, THE PLASTIC BIT ON MY KEY BROKE. I WAS TOLD BY THE FORT WORTH DEALER IN SO MANY WORDS, 'NOT MY PROBLEM'. I WAS ADVISED TO CONTACT THE ORIGINAL DEALER, WHOSE PHONE NUMBER THEY COULD NOT PROVIDE, TO SEE IF IT MIGHT BE COVERED BY INSURANCE. THE ORIGINAL DEALER SAID THEY WOULD REPLACE IT FREE OF CHARGE BUT I WOULD HAVE TO COME TO THEIR LOCATION. I PAID ALMOST $200 TO HAVE THE KEY DUPLICATED COMMERCIALLY. THIS IS SERVICE????? More
