The finance guy came off as extremely sleazy and became visibly upset when I refused to buy an extended warranty, no one could explain the fees, and they insisted that my DV plates would cost X amount when the dmv website explicitly states a much lower amounts. I had just bought a used Ridgeline pickup and was picking up my new license plates. They told me I could get the plates installed at the service department. It’s a simple procedure, but I thought, Why not? up my new license plates. They told me I could get the plates installed at the service department. It’s a simple procedure, but I thought, Why not? I had to wait over 45 minutes for them to screw in 4 screws. If I knew it was going to take them that long, I would never have waited. I would expect someone right then to pull out a screwdriver and screw in the plates. I am very disappointed in the service department. More
