Improved Service! I have been coming to this location for years (back when it was Frank Kent). I always enjoyed the service at Frank Kent, but was not happy with Honda I have been coming to this location for years (back when it was Frank Kent). I always enjoyed the service at Frank Kent, but was not happy with Honda of Fort Worth when they first took over. BUT, let me tell you, the service has improved dramatically! They got me in quickly (even though I was wary to my appt.) and they were very friendly. The waiting area there is the best I’ve ever experienced at a dealership. The service was quick and my service advisor took the time to explain everything they did and what everything meant. I am happy to return to Honda of Fort Worth. More

EXCELLENT SERVICE I arrived before you opened and watched 2 gentlemen checking out the cars for damage, we had just gotten hail. The one gentleman opened the gates and I arrived before you opened and watched 2 gentlemen checking out the cars for damage, we had just gotten hail. The one gentleman opened the gates and told me to pull up to the service doors. He asked my name, and if I had an appointment. He said it was okay to leave the keys and he would see that it was taken care of. My appointment was for 12:30, it was only 7:30. By 8:15 I received a call that my brakes were being worked on, what else I needed done. THAT IS WHAT I CALL EXCELLENT SERVICE!! More
