I bought a 2019 Honda Ridgeline in November 2020. The vehicle description on the dealer website clearly stated the truck had a 90 day free trial of Sirius XM radio. When I called Sirius XM radio to start the free trial, they said the vehicle did not have Sirius XM radio capability. I told the dealership this and they confirmed this. I feel that the dealership advertising was misleading. They blamed Honda for the misleading information on their own website and made no attempt to appease me. This dealership has no accountability, poor customer service and allows misleading information on their own website go uncorrected. More
