We bought a SUV Honda of ft worth and a few days later the transmission we out. We had bought a warranty.do we took it back and they said they would replace the transmission. On their website it says they offer free courtesy car. On their advertisement it says they offer free courtesy cars. Well we have ask for one almost everyday.for three weeks not one day have they provided one. We have had to cancel Dr. Visits. I couldn't go to my friend's funeral. It has been a real inconvience to us. And today I still didn't get our vehicle back. And still no courtesy vehicle. I think it is wrong for them to advertise that they offer free courtesy vehicle. And not do it. I am very disappointed In Honda of Ft worth . I would never buy from them again They have caused us a big inconvience. Kathy Marchman More

Last night was my first and only experience at this dealership. Did not get a warm welcome experience .Me and my family drove nearly 100 miles, round trip. Sales person Obed was very uptight with his o dealership. Did not get a warm welcome experience .Me and my family drove nearly 100 miles, round trip. Sales person Obed was very uptight with his only one offer. We tried negotiating but he said his managers said " Take it or leave it". Obed did not believe us when we told him that we have had multiple lower offers from different dealerships in past 2 days. We even showed him their offers. Because Honda of forth worth offer was nearly 100 dollars per month more. The managers were constantly laughing out loud from behind their glass cubicle. They all gave us a stare upon leaving, like they were scaring us. And they were happy that we left . Tony Cerza, supposedly one of their managers, was full of attitude and was Rude in conversing. Talking to him felt like he wanted us out of the dealership. Within 1 hour after leaving , my family made 2 deals on 2 new 2023 CRVs at a different dealership. Our personal experience is not even 1 star. Very unprofessional behavior and unwelcoming experience. More
