Terrible!!! Good Afternoon, I purchased a used vehicle through their pre-owned car dealership I traded in my paid off car for something different within three Good Afternoon, I purchased a used vehicle through their pre-owned car dealership I traded in my paid off car for something different within three weeks of me buying the car the whole motor blew up on the car. I bought a BMW with a V8 Motor so the motor is going to cost in the thousands to replace. Note that I STILL haven't made the first car payment on my vehicle and the dealership is holding me responsible for the motor in a car that I haven't had even for a month! Not including me having to replace two of the tires at $250 piece in the first two weeks of me getting the car. I get that I bought an as is a car but I would think purchasing from a major dealership that I wouldn't have to worry about a whole motor blowing up on me before it’s been a month, The only option they have offered was to put me into a $25k car with a payment of $661 I'm still very young and car insurance is extremely expensive on a new car and if I wanted my payment at the same amount as my BMW I would need to put down $2,000 to get me to a payment I can afford. If I can’t afford to replace a motor I can’t afford to put $2,000 down on a new car either. And I do not feel like I should have to put in another $2,000 to get into something new when my first payment is still isn’t due. I just traded in my 2014 Jeep Compass and put $3,000 dollars I got from the trade in on to the BMW. I put up plenty of money already!! I have spoken to all middle management and they have been no help but tell me pretty much your SOL. I left the GM Gregg multiple voicemails and I have yet not to hear from him, So now I'm looking at 8k repo on my credit that will affect me for the next seven years of my life. I highly recommend people to take their business elsewhere. and I will be posting this review on all social media pages of theirs and taking my story to the local news channels. More

He was prompt, called me back when he said he would and worked with me to get me the car I wanted. Mazin, in finance, was very pleasant, informative & helped me wrap up the finance piece quickly and without any pressure. This is by far the most wonderful car buying experience I have ever had. I would highly recommend Honda of Ft Worth to anyone looking to have a GREAT experience. These folks stand out above the rest. A true class act! More

Because of the vehicle and level of service I decided to fly to Fort Worth to drive it. When I arrived at the dealership the car was detailed and ready to be taken out. It drove like a new car so I decided to purchase it. Jasmine quickly got everything set up and Brian, the finance manager, was super efficient getting the paperwork completed in record time.
