Great! This is easily the best car buying experience I've ever had. We purchased a new Honda Pilot. My wife and I got quotes from a dozen or so dealers and actually visited 3. Should have went straight to Honda of Forth Worth. It honestly "felt" different than the other dealers as soon as we walked in. We had the absolute pleasure of working with Steve Hoffman through Internet sales. He gave a fast and detailed quote. When we got to the dealer we worked with Seth McCartney in sales and Nate Woods in F&I. They are both fantastic and worked with us every step of the way. We truly feel as though we got to work with the best 3 employees of all of Berkshire Hathaway. Two days later Steve followed up by phone and email to see if we had any questions about the vehicle.
