I appreciate that she text us with photos and details directly from her phone and not an automated computer text system. Made the process efficient and much less hassle than other dealerships. Jake was helpful as well and has promised to get me all weather mats since the jump seat was not immediately available at purchase. The only downside was not having the jump seat nor mats when I drove home. However Jake gave me written documentation and assured me I would get them soon. Dominic was very professional and despite some initial miscommunication between him and sales on what I wanted in the extended warranty; he made it right and had a great attitude. Having to wait on some parts is disappointing, but the people made up for it. More
