This latest service appointment was my worst ever experience with this dealership because of the lack of communication. I was advised on a Thursday, the day we brought the Honda Civic in for service experience with this dealership because of the lack of communication. I was advised on a Thursday, the day we brought the Honda Civic in for service, that parts would need to be ordered and the car would be ready by Monday or Tuesday. I called 3 times on Tuesday, only to be diverted to voicemail twice, where I left a message with the service person, and the second with the department in general. I also spoke to someone who said that someone else would get back to me. No one called. I also chatted online with someone who said that someone will get back to me. No one called. On Wednesday, I called twice, first only to be informed that my service person was out for the day, and finally on the second call of the day (fifth phone call overall) did I learn that the parts had not come in. When I asked if the parts would arrive the next day (given tracking capabilities - would think someone could answer this question), the person could not give me an answer. When I asked to speak to someone in the service department who might know, I was forwarded to a line that kept ringing. The original person came back on line and said no one was available and to call back the next day when my service person was available. On Thursday (1 week transpired), My service person called in the morning and said the part had not come in yet, and that he would call in the afternoon to let me know the status. At this time, he offered a free rental car - but I advised that we had made other plans. I received no call in the afternoon from him. The next morning, he called and said the part had not come in yet, at which time I questioned their ability to get parts from the surrounding area, but he insisted that the parts would have to come from the warehouse in California. In the afternoon, he called and said the car was ready. We picked up the car the next morning. I understand that with this pandemic, parts and delivery may be delayed. But even so, I should have been informed throughout the process. I realize that, with limited staff, everyone is busy. But a voicemail or a quick call would have sufficed. Someone in the service department should be monitoring phone calls, voice mail, and chat messages to make sure customers are informed shortly after they call. Also, if a staff person is out, someone else should be made responsible for any unfinished work being handled by that staff member, and for contacting the customer. You may think about having staff call customers daily to keep them informed, whether the service is completed or not. We've been purchasing Honda's from this dealership since the time when this dealership was called Richards Honda, and we've been satisfied for the most part with the service we've received. I hope this latest service is an anomaly, but we will think twice about purchasing a vehicle again from this dealership. More

Went to lease a new vehicle. Was up front about my intentions since I still had time remaining on my current lease. After 3 attempts, Sales Manager gave me a monthly payment and lease term I was ok wi intentions since I still had time remaining on my current lease. After 3 attempts, Sales Manager gave me a monthly payment and lease term I was ok with. However, the lease term, monthly payment price and vehicle mileage do not match what I actually received. Shame on me for not catching the error while signing my paperwork with the finance department but shame on the dealership for doing a bait and switch. More
