I tried service and was treated as a bull services a cow. The code on the dash read "A", signifying time for an oil change. Just after I drove in, someone came over and was looking at the windshield. He point The code on the dash read "A", signifying time for an oil change. Just after I drove in, someone came over and was looking at the windshield. He pointed to a spot in front of me, told me that there was a ding or some other word to describe it, told me that they will fix it at no charge,Just give my auto insurance info to him. I look and saw nothing. I rejected his offer. Windshield was not damaged. A minute or so later, someone else came over and said he was my service advisor. Told him I wanted the "A" service, which is just an oil change. He asked about doing the 30,000 mile service. No such thing in the book. When I asked what it encompasses and cost, he rattled off a list of items and said "about $800". I took my keys and left. Had the oil changed elsewhere. I sent an email to the service manager telling of my experience. Never received the courtesy of a reply. More
