I returned a leased 2013 vehicle to the dealership and requested a shuttle service back home, the salesman, Anwar, who was very accommodating offered me a ride but had to get approval from his manager Peter. Peter told him he cannot take me as that service isn't offered...funny thing though is when I bought the car and had to bring it in 3 times because the dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree due to an electronic error that they couldn't figure out the first two times shuttle service was offered then! My wife is coming out of lease shortly from her SUV and was looking into purchasing the new Pilot. If I do it will definitely NOT be from this place...my bus ride home afforded me the time to write this... More

Often, George, my service guy can diagnose my problem over the phone when I explain the noise and problem to him which boggles my mind. He really knows his stuff. He is courtesy, knowledgeable, and makes sure my car is taken care of. It is never "over serviced." From brakes to routine oil changes, this is where I go and I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. I know it is in good hands, and believe it or not their prices are reasonable. You will never be told you need x,y & z when you don't. They help you maintain your car before you experience big problems. Because I have my car serviced here with George, I know this has actually saved me money due to care my car receives. More

My salesman, Mike Urso has such energy and if he didn't have an answer to a question, he went and got it. I left not only with a beautiful new car, but I got the deal I was looking for on my trade in. I closed the deal quickly and was out of there in no time. I highly recommend Honda of Freehold - ask for Mike Urso. He will change any negative stereotype you may have of a car salesman! Thanks Mike! More

After multiple phone calls and emails with Alexa Irizarry i was transferred to a nameless manager to finalize terms. The manager negotiated a final price but said I would have to agree to finance with them for a minimum of three payments, which I did. I filled out an online finance application and was told I was "tier 1" credit and agreed to come in to sign and pick up my car the next day. While making arrangements to pick it up the following day I was told there was a "miscommunication" and the price was now $2000 higher. That was an absolute lie. The only miscommunication was when they tell the public they are reputable. There is only 1 way to put a stop to this behavior and I plan on doing so formally. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time with dishonest, stereotypical "used car salesmen" who need to lie to people in order to sell their product. More

I was hit with a non negotiable higher price than most other dealers and all they worried about is "when am I stopping by". Next, when I asked about out the door fees, I was given a big number without a break down. I was told by internet person she no access to fees for a breakdown. Based on this response and my research best I can figure there was about 1,000 to 1,200 of nonsense fees they refused to disclose. I guess this treat is saved for the finance office mauling I've read about on other reviews. Oh well, we made out better at another dealership in west Jersey with basic outdoor fees and no games played.....This dealerrater is very useful shopping tool, do your homework before "stopping by" it gives THEM the leverage to reach into our wallets... My certified used honda did not come with an xm trial, a Second key, or an owners manual. Which was verbally promised,that when I come back for my plates I'd have it, but silly me had nothing in writing and I got shafted. My check transmission light came on after 3 months and I called to make a service apt. She said she would give me an appointment for over a week out. I expressed that it was crazy to drive with a light on for that long and I got hung up on, then a voicemail, then I got a very nasty woman who said I can bring it in any time but I'll have a very long wait time. Plus my sister was supposed to get a 250 dollar refund check for referring that never happened. Buy your car elsewhere and save yourself a headache. More

The worst place to buy a car I had the car since 2014 my car broke down on high way it need immediate rapir so I toad my car to near car repairs shop I paid 150$.the rapir cost me I had the car since 2014 my car broke down on high way it need immediate rapir so I toad my car to near car repairs shop I paid 150$.the rapir cost me 450$.I called the company explain the whole thing they keep switching me to the different departments an finally they hang up on me next day I went to the dealership they said they r not going to pay for it even I had warranty cuz I suppose to call them before rapir I been paying full warranty for almost year manager was giving me attitude so for one month I paid $150 for toad $450 for rapir $400 for car payment almost 1000 $ for warranty didn't get nothing back.I'm returning the car back then just looked at contract I found I was 9000$ for interest an car was 8000$.I been robbed by these ppl I don't recommend any one to buy car from them More
