Did not have to go back and forth with the manager. Art was super friendly and understanding of my purchase. He made everything easy for me. Brian Ward was my finance consultant. Brian understood my position regarding financing and extended warranty (I did not want either). He was not pushy and expedited us through the buying process. As this is a used vehicle, Chris (technician) from the service department helped us review the vehicle after placing it on the lift. He had stayed late to help us. I used the Internet Sunday night to price out a trade-in for my old card and to look for a more recent model of the same car. I then found the model I wanted at an excellent price and very low mileage at H for my old card and to look for a more recent model of the same car. I then found the model I wanted at an excellent price and very low mileage at Honda of Freehold.. So I contacted them via Internet and the rep got back to me next day (Monday) to acknowledge my request (availability of model) and to schedule a test drive appointment the next day (Tuesday). At the dealership I got immediate attention from Dj Wilson to gather my information, price out the trade-in, get the financial analysis started, conduct the test drive, and finally to send me off in a new car. During the hours I was there, all the people involved in the service were friendly and explained the steps in the process. DJ was my point man in steering me through the car buying maze; he answered my questions about transitioning the registration and insurance, reviewing the Carfax, how the financing was shopped out, etc. The overall experience took several hours, but at evening's end I drove off in my "new car". I was pleased overall with the service I received at Honda and was quite pleased with the service I received from Dj. (I don't know if the "service" question above is applicable since I was purchasing a car. If it refers to the whole experience, then I would rate it the same way - Great). DJ also supplied gas for the return trip, which was much appreciated. I was happy with my experience with this dealer and would not hesitate to recommend them to other buyers. More

Bought a used 08 accord, at the price I wanted, from a salesman named DJ Wilson. He seemed to have a lot of knowledge and good salesmanship (very, truly honest). Got some complementary pizza while we were waiting for the car to be detailed, too :) This was a few days ago, the car I bought is amazing and I got it for a great deal. I came back the next day because my dome light was out and I thought one of my keys was dead/broke. I was having trouble talking to the people on the phone about this, they didn't know whether to connect me to parts/service/sales and after talking with all three, I just decided to go there. My salesman caught me in the parking lot, I explained what was happening, and he saw to it that I get the bulb replaced for free, and they checked out my key also, which just needed to be dusted off I guess. I also got a free carwash! More
