Mr. Chrepta was very helpful and patient. I went in to buy a certified pre-owned CR-V. I test drove 2 and was disappointed in the quality and feel of the vehicle. There was a little back and forth and we were there a very long time but the overall experience was pleasant. I walked into Honda of Freehold on the Saturday before Halloween. To my surprise I was greeted by the friendly sales personnel dressed in some really fantastic Halloween costumes. Fabian had approached me dressed as a teddy bear, Ted, and I could tell right away that he had a great personality for helping me find the perfect car. I originally came into Honda of Freehold just to check out the civic, but wasn't sure about leasing the car on this particular Saturday. Well my mind was easily made up after Fabian took me for a test drive in one of the 2013 civics. He assisted all my needs in what I really wanted in a car and was not pushy about me leasing the car that day. Fabian worked with me to find a good price that met my needs, and even helped me find a great insurance quote. Peter who worked in fiance also assisted in my great experience in this car leasing process and explained everything to me in details that I could understand. Over all I could not have felt more comfortable and happy with my purchase at Honda of Freehold and I would recommend all of my friends looking for a new car to head over to my new friend, Fabian.
