I was not pressured in buying (I did buy a used GMC Envoy) and was treated by professionals. Ron was my sales expert and explained the many options I had. Luis the sales manager helped the deal along at a very very fair price and gave me a 1year/18,000 mile warranty at no additional cost on my used vehicle. I just purchased my 4th vehicle from Ron and once again I was treated like a friend....not a customer. Ron is the best when it comes to knowledge of a vehicle, sales and SERVICE and I would without a moment's hesitation recommend anyone and everyone who is in the market for a Honda to contact Ron at Honda of Freehold. By the way, I don't even live near the dealership anymore...I live 60 miles away and I have a Honda dealer 10 minutes away from where I live and work. Ron's my guy though and I'm only too happy to travel the distance to see him. I know he'll go out of his way to make me happy and that kind of person is hard to find. More

The salesman "Raj" was highly respectful and courteous. I was looking for a certified CRV within my budget. Price could be better but Raj did try his best. My husband and I went in on 7/13/12 to just go over numbers for the CR-V. We were forced into a test drive then once done were asked "you like car?" and we of course said yes, it's what we want. Sign what? We got no explanation. So the sales manager came over and had us sit there for about 20 minutes to "think about it." When you're pregnant and it's late and you're hungry, the last thing you want to do it sit there and think about it. This went on about 3 times. I told the sale guy we'd be back in the morning and we need to sleep on it and I'm hungry so we need to go. The sales manager replied "Go eat a snickers." We abruptly left. DO NOT think you are getting superior customer service when you come here. All they want is a quick sale and definitely the customer comes last! More

The manager of this Honda of Freehold dealership Lied about sending me an internet quote and telling me a specific vehicle was on premise for me to test drive. I drove in traffic 3.5 both ways and this is what I get as soon as I walk in. At the reception desk when the Manger arrived, he questioned me twice "Is this Ridgeline for you?" I looked around and said do you see anyone else? He just laughed as I'm a female and why would I look to drive a Pick up truck. That was very condescending and unprofessional in today's time. The sales person was very polite. As I know and the sales person knows, the managers and dealerships have access to see if another dealer near by has the same truck that I'm looking for. He did not want to help and just laughed and told me why I won't go for the Ridgeline RTL and have to have the sports model and told me all cars drive and feel same especially the two Ridgeline. One's small and sporty with 18"Alloy Wheels the other is more of a luxury and he wanted me to just settle for what he felt I should. I would never ever recommend anyone to this dealership. While the other Honda dealership I went to after and others that I have been at have been very respectful no matter what. You would more likely get this type of attitude from a sales person but This Honda of Freehold Dealership is unique, it's the Manager that makes condescending remarks to female customers that come in to buy a pick up truck.
