I loved that this dealer didn't automatically bundle certain options on all their cars, such as 'security etching', alloy wheels, or whatever. I bought a Civic; they had plenty to choose from on the lot in terms of color, coupe vs sedan, and trim level. I was looking to get no options, and that's what I got. I got no hassle from the sales person nor the sales manager. Neither was heavy-handed, nor intimidating. This was much better than the two other dealers I had seen, where the sales managers treated me roughly or unkindly. My sales person did his job in terms of talking about choice of car, etc, but I wasn't uncomfortable. He made himself available and I didn't feel neglected, nor did I feel like I didn't want him calling me. So glad I did. I got a GREAT price on the vehicle and on my trade. Everything was quick and straightfoward. No gimics and no pressure. I've NEVER had a simpler buying experience. I even got a call today from the dealership (Alice) to check up on my satisfacation and she could not have been nicer. Their internet pricing could not be beat and I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone considering a Honda in the Central Jersey area. I had a lease expiring with DCH Honda in Old Bridge, NJ. I went back to them to try and negotiate a new lease. I had a 2008 Pilot with 8,600 miles. They took the truck for a road test and when they came back they gave me the total price due at signing plus my monthly lease payments that I could have received at any Honda dealership without the truck. They wasted my time making me believe that the very low mileage that I had on the truck would make a difference. My wife then recommended that we call Honda of Freehold in NJ. My wife made a call and spoke to Executive Manager Nick Loscalzo and he proceeded to close a deal over the phone with no hidden fees on a 2010 Honda Pilot EX. When I arrived the next day my wife, I and three daughters were greeted by Mr. Loscalzo. While introducing my wife and I to Bill Hoblitzell Sales and Leasing Consultant, Mr. Losalzo pointed out the window and there was our 2010 Pilot prepped, detailed and ready to go. Needless to say my wife and I were extremely surprised. Everything went incredibly smooth at which I told my wife this is looking to easy. I said to her I'll bet you that we are going to get hit with some other fees, that never happened. Not only were there no surprises but my lease payments were considerably lower as were the payment due at signing. "Hats off to Nick Loscalzo who made it all happen!" More

We arranged a time for delivery the next day and there was the car when I arrived, ready and waiting. The salesman even insisted on topping off the gas tank before I pulled away.
