I arrived five minutes early for my 11am appointment. No one greeted me for 15-20 minutes. I had made the oil change appointment and said I was waiting for my car. I was told the wait would be a minimum of one greeted me for 15-20 minutes. I had made the oil change appointment and said I was waiting for my car. I was told the wait would be a minimum of two hours for an oil change. They clearly are overbooked. It ended up taking three hours. More

My service technician, Steve M., is very knowledgeable, organized and takes his job seriously and with the work that needs to be done, as requested by the customer, is performed with the “utmost detail”. He explains in detail the work that was performed on the car and answers all questions that is asked by the customer (me). More
