When I showed up for my appointment my service rep was polite and thorough about my service. He even answered a few questions I had regarding the vehicle. - This was the first service on a new vehicle. Appointment time was meaningless; vehicle didn’t go in until over an hour later for a simple oil change. - There were only 5 chairs for waiting out Appointment time was meaningless; vehicle didn’t go in until over an hour later for a simple oil change. - There were only 5 chairs for waiting outside and no offer of bottled water despite the heat. - There was NO COVID-19 protection when dealing with attendant who returned vehicle to me - he wore no mask and no gloves. He handed me fob instead of leaving it in vehicle. He did not social distance from me. Vehicle was not sanitized by this person who altered AC settings, and obviously handled steering wheel, shifter and audio, too. There was no plastic over seat or even paper on floor. - Eric updated status hourly; offered apology for the lengthy delays and a much appreciated discount. - An oil change that was promised to be a quick in and out by person who made the morning appointment turned into a three hour, uncomfortable stay at the dealership. - The interaction with the attendant was dangerous. I am now being advised that it should be reported to the State as a violation to COVID-19 regulations. More
