After I posted this review, the customer representative called me the next day and explaining to me how incorrect I am. Please if you call to tell me that my second opinion is wrong and how the report all other excuses, please you can save your time! If you really don't want to hear from your customer, why bother to send email and ask for feedback? If you think your customer is wrong, why bother to send email and call them!
