I scheduled an appointment in advance and took time off work specifically so I could get in, have my vehicle serviced, and still make it to work after lunch. Instead, I ended up waiting 2.5 hours and was t work specifically so I could get in, have my vehicle serviced, and still make it to work after lunch. Instead, I ended up waiting 2.5 hours and was then asked to stay even longer so they could wash my vehicle. At that point, I had to decline because I had already been there far longer than expected. What is the point of making an appointment if I’m going to wait just as long as someone who simply walks in? Unfortunately, the issues didn’t stop there. Shortly after getting home, my tire pressure light came on, even though the tires had just been rotated. I also brought the vehicle in for a recall, and they initially forgot to put the pump back in my vehicle. I purchased a brand-new vehicle from this dealership just a few months ago, so I expected a much higher level of service and attention to detail. I understand that things can happen, but the combination of the excessive wait, the additional request to stay even longer, the tire pressure issue, and the mistake with the recall work made this a very frustrating experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because this is not the level of service I expected after purchasing a new vehicle from them More
