They took advantage of my wife twice. Never again. This was a terrible mistake and experience that we'll never have to go through again because I/ we will never return. They were rude and pushy and tried to sell stuff that wasn't needed but they knew when to sneak it on because they waited for me to get the trade in back at home. Lied about the car, lied about other salesman wanting it if she didn't buy right away. Lied about the extended warranty and all that it covered. Funny, we went to use it only to be told sorry that's not covered with the extended warranty. I said take it back off then and he had the nerve to tell us it was too late for that. If you're looking for a new or used car run away from Honda of Gainesville. More

He spent the time explaining the two different models we were looking at during the buying experience. There was absolutely no pressure to make a decision on the spot to buy either car. He was willing to search for the perfect model and color of the car for us. Once we made the decision, James made sure I understood every aspect of the car before leaving the dealership. I greatly appreciate the amount of time and effort that went into this purchase. I would also like to thank Wes Bracewell, our service provider. He has worked with us for several years keeping our cars working great. Wes is one of the best. When we started discussing trading in our older accord, Wes started the listening process and began talking to us about some of the models out there for us to think about for the future. Wes is always able to explain any service that needs to be completed and always has it done on time. Don and I both appreciate the time and effort Wes give to us as customers. More
