I went to Hackettstown Honda on recommendation from my co-worker. I originally had an appointment with Paul Miller Honda, but I am SO glad I cancelled and came to Hackettstown to meet with Warren. From start to finish Warren was nothing but accommodating, friendly, and professional. He worked with our budget, and had me driving home a new Honda Civic Coupe that afternoon. I was so happy with my experience that I called my parents are recommend they get right over there and talk to Warren. They did, and went home with a Honda Pilot that night. I would recommend to anyone to get over to Hackettstown Honda and speak with Warren! More

Today I had Auto Start installed in my car. Jamie Franchini was my service person and she was excellent. They honored the quote to a tee while providing knowledgeable friendly service. The overall facility was beautiful and clean; the atmosphere was joyous and positive with regards to the other employees in the building. The entire process was fantastic and quick. Do not go here!!!! We spent an entire day here and accomplished nothing. It took 15 minutes each for them to bring us each car to look at. We were told the CR-V in colors we wanted was not available accomplished nothing. It took 15 minutes each for them to bring us each car to look at. We were told the CR-V in colors we wanted was not available there but they would have for us next day at 10:00 AM. We showed up at 10:00 and the car was not ready nor was the financing completed. Staff was rude and basically told us to go elswehere. We went to Clinton Honda and completed the entire process happily in 2.5 hours. What a difference in professionalism. More
